Here are a few things to note when booking your appointments and visiting the clinic:

NEW CLIENTS AND INITIAL ASSESSMENTS Please book your initial visit and TWO follow up visits 1-2 weeks apart following your initial session in order to ensure we are able to fit you in for treatment in a timely manner. You are welcome to call (604) 341-0148 to book as well.

To better support your pelvic health, all follow up physiotherapy sessions will now be 45 minutes. This change enables more thorough care, specific assessments, and personalized treatment during every visit. Currently booked 30 minute sessions will remain the same. Virtual 30 minute appointments are still available upon request. Thank you for your trust and continued support.

Post - Partum assessment appointment is available for existing clients following their delivery, please see in online booking.

Pessary fittings are now available, please contact to book.

Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you, please note we ask for 24-hour notice for any cancellations. LATE CANCELLATIONS incur a 100% fee. Virtual care may be an option for you. (Note: Virtual sessions may be covered by insurance, while cancellation fees are not). Any fees incurred will be charged to your credit card on file. Emergencies: Contact us promptly if unforseen circumstances prevent adequate notice. How to cancel: Phone or email us at any time, or on your Jane account (if it is more than 24 hours notice).

Parking is available in the spot marked in the driveway, or on the street. Ample parking is available.
